Hmm. Well it tells ME that The Times newspaper can't pass up ANY opportunity to slag off the Catholic Church and rub their nose in the scandal of child abuse.
I don't find it surprising or out of order that a church man should be negative about atheism. That seems about right to me. Nor do I find it surprising when atheists are negative about 'faith'. I think it would be a pretty crappy argument to bring up the fact that atheists have been known to abuse children.
But that's just how that headline speaks to me. Depends on your perspective I guess.
